Telewire was founded in 1983 as distributor of electronic products for the Italian market. In 1987 when the first satellite receiving systems were sold in Italy, our company decided to enter this market considered as strategic for the future.

In a few years our sales increased and, in 1994, when Telewire imported the first two analogical receivers designed and produced together with a Korean company, Telewire became one of the leaders in the market of satellite receiver systems.

In the nineties, Telewire consolidated its position on the Italian market and started establishing business connections in France, Germany, Spain and Greece, where our products are greatly appreciated.

The opening towards foreign markets gave a further boost to a whole new series of products which now cover the full range of articles for home satellite viewing.

The aim of Telewire for the future is unchanged: offer our customers a full range of high quality products.
